Joseph Mizzi has been named president
of F.J. Sciame
Construction, while founder Frank Sciame remains CEO. Also,

Martin Hirko has been named
president of TRITEC Building, a construction management, design-build,
general contracting, and project consulting firm based in
East Setauket, N.Y.
Richard White has joined DMJM
Harris, an engineering and construction firm based in New
York, as executive vice president and corporate director of
strategic development.
Steven Friedman has been hired
as an associate and project manager and Michael
Leonick has been hired as associate and associate department
head for the expanded healthcare studio of Lilker Associates,
an M-E-P and technology engineering firm based in New York.
John Slinski has joined the
Parsippany, N.J., office of Dewberry, an engineering, architectural,
and planning firm headquartered in Fairfax, Va., as a landscape
architect.
Richard Zimmerman has joined
Berdon LLP, an accounting and advisory firm based in New York,
as partner.

as sales associate at NAI James E. Hanson, a brokerage and

oversaw the expansion of the Pierpont Morgan Library in Manhattan,
has been named president of F.J. Sciame Construction, a New
York-based construction management and development firm.

to vice president of MAST Construction Services, an owner's
representative, consulting, and construction management firm
based in Little Falls, N.J., where he will help to manage
development of the Newark Arena for the New Jersey Devils
hockey franchise in Newark and a soccer stadium in Harrison,
N.J., for the New York Red Bulls.
Peter Hennessy has been promoted
to president of the New York office of the Staubach Co., a
real estate advisory firm based in Addison, Tex.
Salwa Zakhary has been promoted

HONORS AND APPOINTMENTS
Richard Weeks, president of
the marine unit of Weeks Consulting, a marine construction
and dredging company based in Camden, N.J., has been elected
president of the Moles, an organization of heavy construction
industry professionals on projects such as tunnels and subways.
Friends of Hudson River Park, a nonprofit organization that
provides private-sector support for the new Hudson River Park
on Manhattan's West Side, has honored Douglas
Durst, president of the Durst Organization, and Daniel
Doctoroff, New York City's deputy mayor for economic
development and rebuilding, for their help in creating the
new park.
Pat Di Filippo, executive vice
president for the New York region at New York-based Turner
Construction, won the Daytop-New Jersey Corporate Star Award
from the Daytop School for his and Turner's contributions
to a new facility at the Mendham, N.J., campus.
