Robert Mullen has been named CEO of Structure Tone, a New York-based contractor that specializes in interiors work. Mullen had previously worked with Skanska USA Building and its predecessor companies for 19 years.

STV Inc., an engineering and construction services firm, has hired Milo Riverso as senior vice president in charge of its STV Construction subsidiary. Judith Held has also joined the company as corporate counsel. Both work from the New York office of the company based in Douglassville, Pa.
