Since I've moved to Florida...

Since I've moved to Florida, I've noticed the increasing rate at which development in the Sunshine State is moving northward. If this continues I have calculated that by the year 2052 New York City will become known as a suburb of Miami. You might think it would be one hell of a daily commute if you live in New York City and work in Miami, but unless I miss my guess, traveling1,500 miles 50 years from now will still take less time than trying to go cross town in Manhattan rush-hour traffic.
