Trump City?

Looking ahead to the future and the fate of real estate and construction in the next 50 years or so, I do not believe the situation will be any different than it is now. Buildings will go up; buildings will come down. The only difference is that there will be a new set of players because the prominent developers will all be gone.

By 2052 New York City may well be called Trump City (only kidding!).
