It is hard for me to tell what's ahead because my crystal ball has developed a crack in it. But I know New York City will only grow stronger in the next decades because of its past history.

September 11th was a warning signal to be diligent in the future, but it will not stop the vibrancy and growth of our great city. This city is where any person who wants to be in the middle of it all will live and work. Therefore, the city will continuously expand as the center of the universe in so many ways.
